You are seeing this because you have placed more than our internal criteria of order to be tagged as a regular pet parent.
You are also seeing this because we value your relationship with us and we want to provide as much as support possible in this transition.
This page is shared only with a select number of people and is on invite only basis.
How We Are Doing This
A tag has been added against your account on our system to help us identify your benefits so that you have a seamless experience. Please shop only from the account that you generally use (we use both e-mail and phone number for the process) to ensure that the benefits flow smoothly.
Since this will be a manual process, please bear with us for any small errors that may occur. We are trying to find an automated solution to this but have not found anything that is cost effective yet. More than happy to hear your thoughts if you have experience in this area.
Sustained Discount
We intend to provide a the following discount for the next 3 months (i.e, till 23rd May 2024 or as revised) to help you ease into the new pricing. This is applicable only when you pay the new pricing - which also means you will receive the new batch product. (Not valid on any packing size of 200 gm pouches)

This discount is applicable for all bundles of 15 packs and in multiples thereof even if it is just one box that you are buying.
Direct Payment Discount
Online payment gateways along with website back end management have an unescapable cost for online pre-paid orders.
For orders placed by you over WhatsApp wherein the payment is made to us directly (UPI/Bank Transfer/Cash Deposit) we would be providing an extra 3% discount.
This is also valid till the next 3 months (i.e. till 23rd May 2024) or as revised.
Select COD Access
As you know we are disabling COD on our brand website and making it available only on Amazon.
However, you are being given the privilege of COD via IndiaPost at NO ADDITIONAL COST unlike DTDC. (15% advance is still required for order confirmation.)
Available via WhatsApp chat only.
COD via DTDC would also be available but at the standard DTDC shipping rate + Rs. 50/- per order.
Till When Are These Benefits Active?
Changes will keep rolling from 22/23 Feb 2024 onwards on the website.
For now we will be actively providing these benefits till 23rd May 2024 and will reassess the plan and keep you posted about the same.
