We want you to have a pleasant experience with Perfekt. We aim to be as transparent as possible regards to our services and charges. 

Please do read through to get the best understanding of what to expect when shopping with us. This section contains a very brief summary of things which we consider are must know for everyone who shops with us. At the end of the article you will find links to other sections that provide more in-depth details into things. 

  1. We are unable to accept any returns once they are delivered to you due to food safety standards. No refunds will be provided for delivered orders UNLESS there is manufacturing defects.
  2. We provide multiple shipping options for you to choose from at their own price. You may upgrade, by paying, at the time of placing the order. If there is a change required in this, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will try our best to assist you. 
  3. All expected shipping timelines are mentioned in our Shipping Policy as well as at time of checkout. 
  4. Shipping charges are refunded *only if* the completion of delivery is taking longer than 10 days post the shipping timelines guide as on our website or if there is failure in delivery based on information from the shipper.
  5. We deduct 3% of the transaction amount for orders placed through a payment gateway that are cancelled. This is the cost that we, as with any other business, have to bear for payment processing and handling. These are not refunded to us even if the order is cancelled and over time this amount to a large chunk in the books which we want to avoid. You could also read through these in more details on their individual sections:
