Shipping policy
At Perfekt we’ve made a name for ourselves for unmatched products and unbeatable service. Through our trusted logistics service providers, we ensure timely and secure shipping pan India.
All orders placed at www.perfekt.pet are processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
It is important that Customers provide accurate Shipping details which should include Proper Name, Contact number, postal address, pin-code, and Landmarks (if any) to ensure proper and timely delivery.
For Standard Delivery:
Placing an order in no urgency? Choose Standard to save on delivery charges.
- Our current delivery partner for Standard is IndiaPost.
- Our delivery partner may share a tracking link on the registered mobile number and/or e-mail address once the order is booked from our end.
- The estimated delivery time is between 4-14 days depending upon your location.
- Orders once placed can not be canceled.
For Premium Delivery:
Need your pet’s favorite meal delivered urgently? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered with Private/Express/DTDC.
- Generally faster than than Standard Delivery.
- The shipping cost will be calculated according to the location, and the weight of your order.
- Orders once placed can not be canceled.
Calculation for Days of Delivery:
- The day of order is not counted for number of days in delivery.
- We have a cut off at 9 AM on working days. All order received before this are processed on that day. This marks as Day 0.
- Here onwards for
- IndiaPost - 4-14 days not including Sundays, Public Holidays, and other force majeure events
- DTDC - 2-7 days not including Sundays, Public Holidays, and other force majeure events
- Add 3 days for J&K, NE, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Additional Important Information:
- We are unable to accept any returns once they are delivered to you due to food safety standards. No refunds will be provided too for delivered orders UNLESS there is manufacturing defects.
- We provide multiple shipping options for you to choose from. You may upgrade your shipping choice within 1 hour of placing the order or before the dispatch is completed from our side.

Shipping charges are refunded only if the completion of delivery is taking longer than 10 days post the shipping timelines guide as on WhatsApp.
- Please note that, as with any other company, once we hand over the package to the shipper the responsibility of delivery rests on them. We provide backend support with regards to following up with your order to help you have a great experience with Perfekt.
- You are advised to pick the Private (Express/DTDC/other) incase the delivery required is on an urgent basis. Delivery timelines are again as in WhatsApp for Express/DTDC/other.
- Our standard shipping (default option) happens via IndiaPost and there are delays sometimes as with any other government office. You are advised to pick the Private (Express/DTDC/other) as the shipping option if you believe this will be an inconvenience in your order.
- OTPs are sent by a number of couriers at the time of delivery for prepaid orders. This is sent to the number provided at the time of placing the order and once shipped we are unable to change the same. Delivery is provided only with the OTP. The only way for the phone number to change is for the food to come back to us and for us to re-ship to you. We understand the inconvenience caused but we are unable to provide refunds in such cases and the refund is limited to 70% of the order value not including the transaction charges deduction as mentioned in the store Refund Policy.
Delivery Effort: Sometimes the shipment may take longer than usual to reach our customers due to reasons such as (but not limited to) bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. However, in case of any such delay, our customer support will be in touch with you proactively. Customers are requested to bear with us as these situations are beyond our control.
Back Orders: In the event that your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items will be canceled from your order. You may reorder once they become available again.
